Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products and production process, Wafa Noor does not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed or delivered. All sales are final.

Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Non-defective products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All sales are final.


Altered or Fitted Products

Products that are modified, fitted, or customized are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Non-Arrivals / Lost / Missing Contents

Customers are protected against lost packages or missing items during shipping.

File an incident report with the carrier before signing for the package.

Video evidence may be required.

A resolution may be issued after carrier investigation (usually 10–20 business days).


Late or Unclaimed Packages

Buyers are responsible for monitoring delivery and customs clearance.


Production & Fulfillment Timelines

Normal Items: 1–7 business days production.

Custom Items: 8–14 business days production after confirming all details.


Refund Windows

Refunds may only apply in the case of approved order cancellations within the allowed cancellation window.

PayPal: 3–5 business days (balance), up to 30 days (credit/debit card)

Visa / MasterCard / Amex / Discover / JCB / China UnionPay / Diners Club / Maestro / Visa Electron: 5–10 business days, may extend up to 30 days depending on issuer
